My AC compressor blew during the heatwave, bro got it fixed same day (thank you again) at a very reasonable rate. He’s a good guy too, this is a no bs family run shop. 10/10 would go again.

Just left the shop and my car is purring! She was screeching and screaming at me for weeks, and Neil took a look and fixed all the old belts and my rusted leaking fuel tank in a short time. I love his attention to detail, honesty, expertise, suggestions, and general friendliness. Very professional! Never tried to oversell, only solid recommendations. My car is 23 years old and it’s driving so well now, putting me less in danger. I have only been thrilled with the dependable service at Joe’s Auto Repair. It’s one of two places in Brooklyn I am happy and confident to recommend!! You’re in good hands here.

Our car stopped working on a Sunday. We called, and were told to just have it towed to the place.

Nil was really helpful on getting my car back in working order. The cost I think is worth it if you want a reliable fix

I've been bringing my car here for years, and I couldn't be happier with the service. This is a trustworthy mechanic who always provides honest recommendations and effective solutions. I also rely on them every year for my NY State Inspection. Nail is fantastic—highly recommended!!!

Did a PPI here - scheduled an appointment, inspection itself took about an hr, got a detailed list of watch items / things to request be fixed under warranty. Paid $150 plus tax

I just realized that my inspection had expired and found this place. Neil was the person who helped me. During the inspection, he discovered that my front and back light bulbs weren’t working. He replaced them and checked everything else. It took him less than an hour. I’m happy he was able to take care of it .

Ladies, bring your car here. I've had my car serviced here multiple times and the guys who work here are lovely and do great work. I have never experienced any creepiness at all (unlike some other shops in the neighborhood) and feel safe here.

Joe’s Auto saved my life! They were able to help me out last minute from a stressful situation. If you park your car on the street, you know that there is street sweeping. I went to my car and was unable to unlock it with either my automatic fob or mechanical key. I started lowkey panicking because this never happened to me before in all my years owning this car since 2017.
